where do I find the "advanced options" checkbox

I am a new user. I want to downsample my image from 600 dpi to 300 dpi or less. The manual says to go to advanced options, but I search the whole thing and cannot find how to get to the advanced options checkbox.

Right at the bottom of the dialog underneath "Pixel Dimensions". Technically it says "Advanced Settings" but you get the idea.

You'll want to be in the Full Editor (assuming you're using PSP X3). Click Image > Resize and you should see the window pop up that Levi posted a screen shot of.
