I went to use VideoStudio X2 last week and noticed that some buttons for sharing were inaccessible and greyed out. This happened a couple years ago with the video capture button and was remedied with a patch. However, because I was going to upgrade to X4 anyway, I thought perhaps that would fix the problem. I was wrong. In my Share Options Panel the following buttons are greyed out and inaccessible:
CREATE VIDEO FILE
CREATE SOUND FILE
EXPORT TO MOBILE DEVICE
PROJECT PLAYBACK
HDV RECORDING
How do I fix this problem? Has anyone else dealt with it?
