Mute audio during capture

Is there a way of capturing video only from a JVC DV via the firewire connection using VideoStudio 5

I actually dont want to capture the audio at all. Sorry about not being clear about that.

No.

You can turn the speakers down, and you can mute the track on the timeline.

and after you have imported the video (with audio) you can seperate them in VideoStudio and then delete the audio
