Greetings.
Straight to the point: how can I make an effect like that: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qoze3iLD ... r_embedded in Ulead Video Studio 11?
The scene itself was taken from Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy game.

Are you talking about the light sabres? There used to be a tutorial in the Video Products Tutorial section.

Nope, I mean this slightly blue screen (how to make this - I know), and what's more important - those stripes that make it look slightly hologramish.

That looks like some special filter. I looked through New Blue FX's filters, and couldn't see any that would produce that. There's not any in VS 11 that would give you that effect.

Try using the ScanLines filter found in FX Bench.
