I have installed VideoStudio Pro XP 3.
My OS is Wind.7 Ultimate 64 bit (english surface).
All installed programs are in English (surface) except VideoStudio Pro xp3 (for unknown reason this program is installed in Spanish).
Befor updating for version XP4 I, have to know how this happened. What about the upgrade (will be in Spanish, too)?

Welcome to the forum! (Or perhaps I should say "Bienvenido al foro!"...
)
Did you buy your X3 from an English site (e.g. the EE.UU) or from a site in a Spanish-speaking country? Or in setting it up during the initial installation process, did you specify that you lived in a Spanish-speaking country?

Well, I am a German. Willkommen.
Thanks for the answer.
Yes I,bought the program in English.
The program was working well until Win7 update SP1.
Bye the way all other programs are doing well (means in English,
Including PowerDVD 10 Mark II from Corel).

Re: How to change the language (surace)
Hi
I have a similar issue, but with X4
I’m running Win7 Ultimate with English as OS language.
X3 is running in English, was bought in English, and installed in English.
I've downloaded X4 TBYB in English, installed it in English, run it and found that the program interface is in Russian.
After a couple of experiments I've found that X4 language depends on Windows setting "Language for non-Unicode programs" (Control Panel -> Region and Language -> Administrative tab) which is set to Russian on my computer:
- I set this setting to English, re-start X4 and program language is English
- I set this setting back to Russian (which is required for some Russian software on my computer) and program language is back to Russian
So - feel free to check X4 TBYB with your settings.
Sorry, I've no idea why X3 is running non English on your computer.
I have to spent 3 days and have a lot of fun learning Russian terms for video editing in X4 after few years with English terms. Now I'm feeling Ok with both interfaces
.
P.S. The only issue is translation of "crossfade" transition - hopefully it is added in Favorites, because otherwise I'll need to find it within huge list of translations each time (each time I forget translation because it is non-logical

Hello Texmex250149,
You may need to reinstall VS X3 in order to revert is back to the English language. You can follow these steps in reinstalling the program: http://corel.custhelp.com/app/answers/d ... _id/764392, but you plan to upgrade to VS X4, the language of VS X3 will not affect the VS X4, as long as you order the program on any ENGLISH language sites like Canada, US, UK etc..
