Welcome to the forums,

Place a phone call to Corel, and they will reset the activations. It is set by default to 3 times, to help prevent piracy.

The reason why the old activation key doesn't work is that you have changed your system/computer. Each machine has got its own installation code. Even after changing hardware on the same machine, your machine will have a new installation code.

Serial number + installation code = activation key

Therefore you have to reactivate.

What Ron meant was that each serial number has got a limited number of activation keys. After 5 activations, you have to call us and we increase the number of possible activations.

In your case, it doesn't mean that you have to call us necessarily. I would suggest you click on "Connect" and let's see what happens. If you get the message "is already activated" then please call us and we will increase your serial number with new activation keys.
I work for the Corel UK Support. I will not give technical support through this forum and my answer is only related to this thread.
