Just reinstalled it on mt (C) drive Solid State and it is working like a champ.
It only likes the C drive and that's it.

It really is a bit of a mystery to me. I've always installed every version of Paint Shop Pro on my D: drive. And the same with every other program that gives you the option. I've never had any problems doing that.
My only guess would be that there is some problem with the permissions, or security, or something like that, with your E: drive. It is an internal drive isn't it?

The type of drive makes no difference (I have C: as a SSD drive).
Go to regedit, go Edit, Find and type installer
Press F3 until you find Corel Draw and information about install directory. There is 3 lines I had to change
My was under HKEY_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Corel\Paint Shop Pro\13\Installer

The reason why mine update didn't work was I renamed the installed directory. I changed the install path in the registry and it work.

Hope this helps.
