Intervideo WinDVD BD for vaio needs update

Hello,
I recently tried to play a blu-ray (avatar) on my laptop. Upon doing so I was prompted to update my AACS key (as I had done in November 2010) Only this time it said that a server error had occured and I needed to update my player software from Sony. I contacted them and they say there is no such update available. I find it hard to believe that a blu-ray that was made almost a year ago is still incompatible with my software. Can you guys help me? I tried contacting Corel about the issue but they effectively told me to screw myself as they couldn't be bothered to sort out the issue, and talk to their forums.

Seriously corel That's bad service, stopping support for a product that was still commercially available in december 2009.
