How do I return my Clone Tool icon?

Welcome to the forums,
Try going to View men>Customize, then to the Toolbars tab. Now select Tools, which will activate the Reset button. Click the reset button, and it should reset it to the default. If that does not work, go to the Commands tab, scroll down in the left pane to Tools. In the right pane you should see the Clone icon. Drag it to the Toolbar.
