Multiple workdesktops in Win7...

Hi guys. In Linux ubuntu on the right side in the bottom of the screen are 4 workspaces. It is very comfortable and useful.
I want to ask is anybody knows is there a some kind of theme or software for Win7 to make it just like this?

There is no feature on Windows 7 for a multiple desktop but you may want to check this thread from Microsoft.com which suggestion programs that you can use to create a multiple-desktop effect.
