Can I (How do I) capture video from and NTSC camera and a PAL camera and use both in the same video project?
Figure out the final format you expect for your project.
Are they both dv cams connected via firewire? If so, capture in their native formats -- capture PAL dv .avi from the Pal source, capture NTSC dv .avi from the NTSC source.
Then just use them in your project, and output the video in the final format. You could convert the video first (like if you project will be PAL, convert the NTSC dv .avi to PAL first -- likewise the other way around).
