Vista patch for VS 10+

Hi. I purchased a legit version of VS 10+, brand new in the box because the VS 10SE that came with Easy cap finally stopped working (I read the forum regarding Eacy cap. Thanks for the insight!). It needs the Vista patch since the version I bought is from 2006. The reason I wanted to stay with VS10 is because I am used to it and find it easy to use.

Which should I install first, the VS10+ software or the Vista patch? Does it make a difference which order they are downloaded?

Obviously (?) you install VS10 first since the patch has to have something there to ... um ... patch!

Just like what Ken said you need to install the program first then download all the VS 10+ update, you can get the links for the updates at http://ftp.ulead.com/pub/Manual/phase_o ... 10_Eng.zip, then download the Vista patch here: http://ftp.ulead.com/pub/Updates/VideoS ... h_5in1.exe
