X3 Missing/hidden Filter Controls (sliders, buttons, etc)

Hi all,

Are these a known issue and how do you work around them?
When I apply a video filter the sliders and button under the original/preview box are hidden beyond access by the windows box's boundaries. Does anyone have a similar problem where the slider controls for the video filters are missing?

I can see they're just hidden below the timeline of the split original/preview section.
Can't seem to maximise the windows box to show the whole thing and access them.

Is this a common problem?
Is there a work around?
Has it been fixed in VS X4?

Quick edit: this happens with more than just one filter.

Where is your windows taskbar located? I'm guessing it's at the top. If so, move it to the bottom or make sure it's set to Auto-hide. I have no idea why the location of the taskbar affects these dialog windows, but it does.
