"Smart Photo Fix" box placement

When I click on "Smart Photo Fix", the box that appears is so far up on the monitor screen that the top part of the box is out of view. I am unable to see either the top blue line with the close button in the top right corner, or the next line that says "preview". The first line of the box that is visible on the screen is the third one that says "settings".

The "Smart Photo Fix" box is placed partly off the screen whether I access it under the "Adjust" or "Enhance Photo" drop down menus.

Any ideas who to move this box to where I can see it?

1. Click somewhere on the Smart Photo Fix dialog box to be sure it has focus.
2. Press alt/spacebar. This should open the control menu for the dialog box.
3. From the control menu, select Move (with either the mouse or the keyboard).
4. Use the arrow keys on the keyboard to move the dialog box to its desired position.
5. Press Enter. The dialog box should then behave properly.
