As Ken has already stated, you can install it on as many as you like, but you can only run it on one at a time. The EULA states the same thing:

Yeah, I agree with that. I may go as far as calling VSX4's Masks feature unattractive and somewhat crippling, if not useless.skyml wrote: I see the mask feature of this version is as usless as previous versions. I'm pretty sure it's not useless and it's not crippling.
