I finally got my video together, and got it to render...
Took over 278 minutes to finally render the video (which was only 12 minutes long)...(I thought that was a little long to do)
But when it did render it cut off the last two minutes???
My video is exactly 10:00 minutes long???
Why would it do this?
I didn't set any length settings or anything like that?
It rendered as MP4...
Thanks!

Unfortunately, we simply do not have enough information to be able to make even a reasonable guess at a solution. For instance, we have no idea what your video format is before editing. We certainly need that information since I would definitely agree with you that rendering taking more that 22 times the length of the video seems unusual. But it makes me suspect that you may be editing AVCHD mpeg-4 video, which is the most demanding format around. If indeed you are editing this format, then your computer is simply not up to the job. You need a decent Core 2 Duo even to play AVCHD smoothly.
Please have a look at this sticky post at the top of this forum -- it is called, indicatively, PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE POSTING http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewtopic.php?p=41454#p41454 Then get back to us with the information requested and hopefully someone will be able to help.
One other thing you could do is reopen your project file. When you have done so, click on the Project button immediately below the preview screen. When you do so, is there a heavy red or orange line over the ruler above the main timeline? If there is, then you have inadvertently set limits which the rendering has observed.

Re: VS X3 - Rendering? and 10:00 stopping?
Ken,
Yes, the video is from .mts files...
I when I rendered it to mp4 it stopped at 10:00 minutes...
I don't see orange or red lines on it...
I agree my computer needs upgrading...
If I can get more info I will...
Thanks!
