How to change the display from white on black to blk on wht?

I'm having trouble looking at the white letters on black background for long periods of time and I'd like to change the default display colors to standard back on white (like PSP9) Can this be done? If so, how? Thanks a million for your advice.

Yes. The black theme is called the graphite workspace. To turn it off go to the View menu.

And deselect Use the graphite Workspace theme.
