Highlighting Single player in sports Video
OK so I was wondering from some of you experts out there, how do I highlight a specific player in a sports video. I know how to split the clip and put in a still shot, but how do I add some cool effects to it to highlight a player that doesn't look like I drew it free hand with a crayon? Hope you have some good advice out there. Thanks in advance.

Thanks. This helps and I will definitely try this method. I wish I could do the fancy stuff like they do on ESPN...where they use something other than a circle...and it does the quick zoom and such. I know they probably use a different kind of software. I heard people use phtoshop or something also to do some of this stuff as well.

When you have the money that ESPN has you can have the best software. When you have the money I have you make a red O.
Take a look at the NewBlue Video Essentials that I mentioned. They can do some of those zoom and highlighting tricks.

ok I'll do that. Yeah I don't have the money for that software either. A friend of mine gave me this one.
