That's it just sitting there it pops up about once a minute in X3.

Seriously did they just round up their programmers out of some Internet Cafe in Nigeria? Or was it Somalia?

I realize you're trying to make some kind of point by using what you consider a silly example, but I wouldn't go insulting Nigerian or Somalian programmers. I know two who are quite capable.

Now, considering that you haven't brought this up before now suggests it's a relatively new problem. And since others aren't complaining of it, it seems to be your problem specifically. I could understand if it were a common problem that everyone had but that isn't the case. At least not yet. XD I'm going to go out on a limb and say you did something recently that made this come up. It could be a problem that requires a specific set of situations to appear. Which makes it one of those things that's hard to catch.

Another steps that you can take is to reset your workspace. You can do that by pressing and holding down the SHIFT key then double-click on the PSP icon then when you received the message "DO YOU WAN TO RESTORE PAINTSHOP Pro TO ITS DEFAULT STATE?" just click OK.
