Intro Titles Question (MF 3.5)

I am using a movie created on Win Movie Maker in DV-AVI format and attempting to render to Pioneer DVD using MF 3.5. I create an intro title's screen and put my selected image as the background and chapters. However, when I render, it still creates an initial title/chapter screen. I need to select that graphic, then it will bring me to the background and chapter menus that I create. I assume I can disable this, I just cannot find the menu option to do that. Any ideas?
