No capture device for Studio 12

I first used the above on a trial basis and had no problems. Then I bought it and I cannot capture my video. I get the no video capture device installed. I have tried 2 different cameras, computers, video capture drivers, firewires and I uninstalled and reinstalled Studio 12 in addition to installed a trial Pro3. I also uninstalled other devices like Flip Software as was suggested by a Corel support person. Does anyone have any ideas? I am using Windows XP.
