Does PSP 10 Photo and .pdf
Does PSP 10 Photo recognize a .pdf? I have .pdfs that occasionally need to be converted and saved to .jpgs and .gifs but V7 which is the one I currently use does not. I do have versions 8, 9 and 10 of PSP also.

To export page/pages from .PDF to PNG/TIFF/BMP/GIF/PCX I am using excelent free PDF-XChange Viewer - http://www.tracker-software.com/product ... nge-viewer I use this app only for this purpose. You can even set DPI resolution. For me best DPI is 150 or 300.LogicsHere wrote:Thank you very much for your reply.

Hello
PSP 10 does not support PDF but PSP X3 support PDF. If you want to try PSP X3 you can download the trial version via http://www.corel.com/trials.

Re: Does PSP 10 Photo and .pdf
I'm with Radim, you could try any number of PDF to JPG conversion programs or websites and edit them in the program of your choice. Not saying that it's not a good idea to get the latest and greatest. But no point in spending money to get a single feature that may not produce the results you want. Yes, I do understand that X3 has a number of improvements and the one feature is not all they are getting but it also contains changes that some long-time users view as a step backwards. I would recommend trying X3 to test the feature, but there are lots of free options available that are smaller on your system and dedicated to the one task.
