Just a follow up...
When Norton checked my file it first reported it as some kind of generic/unsafe file.
Now it recognizes it as a Corel patch after I submitted it to Symantec.
I think they just didn't like the fact that it was an unknown source distributing the file, but it has reported it as a Corel fix for me now.
