"and of course here's Corel's facebook page"

Thanks for the links Dan.
I notice that there is no mention of Paint Shop Pro on the Facebook page, not very promising, or maybe I missed it.

I have completed the survey, it only took 2 days .. :D , got to the end, logged in etc, and then ... nothing.

This promises to be fun.

Hi Joelle,

Paint Shop Pro has a dedicated Facebook page here you can find here:
http://www.facebook.com/corelpaintshop

I appreciate your feedback on the signup process. We've been testing it ourself, and working with our vendor to identify why the content doesn't show up immediately. There is currently a photography survey (until Feb 25th) and community discussions available once you have confirmed your account and logged in to the community. I'll try and get that fixed for you right now.

Thanks,
Lucas

Thanks Lucas.
As you are so good at fixing things, after the never ending survey I goofed with the profile and submitted an incorrect name for myself, duh. I left a message via Contact Us.
Is there a way I can use Joelle as my name instead of the one I submitted?
I blame it on the lateness of the hour - it's midnight here.

What is the user name you signed up with? I can search for it and try to get it changed.

Hi Joelle,

I was able to change your username to Joelle in the Corel Your Way community.

It's an easy change for us to make from the admin panel. :D

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Cheers,
Lucas

Later EDIT:
Something odd is going on:
Quote:
"Access Denied for froggiesx2

not exist and the administrator has disabled
autoregistration for users.
Please contact your site administrator"

Dear oh dear, this doesn't look promising. :(

Hi Joelle,

I'm sorry to hear that the community is not working for you at the moment.

I've put in a support ticket with our vendor so we can fix this issue for you. As soon as I hear from them I'll contact you by email.

Thanks

'Morning Lucas,
I think the best thing to do is to remove any trace of me on that site, then I can start again.
I hope the end result is worth all this effort!

Thanks for assisting :-)

Is this photography survey meant to show to everyone? I'm able to see the community discussions but no surveys at the moment (i've got the same community username over there as here btw).

Can you see if the survey is available now? I've opened up the survey to all new members who joined since Friday.

Thanks,
Lucas

Hi Joelle,

I can change your panelist details to 'RequestRemoval' but I can't guarantee if will remove you from the system. I'm going to contact you via email and loop in the support team so we can find a solution.

Thanks,
Lucas

I received the invitation e-mail to join Corel Your Way, filled-out the long survey, and got the confirmation e-mail. When I click the confirmation link (or copy/paste it into a browser), I get a message
The study you are trying to access is temporarily unavailable. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please try again later.
. I have tried it several times, each time with the same result.

Is this a glitch in the system, or is it broken? (Or, maybe it just doesn't like me.)
