Hello,
I'm running into a massive pb here.I just purchased a copy but after testing ,I realised that there was absolutely no GPU support. So I went through a little checklist and this is what I gathered:
- installation went fine (The Event viewer is pristine meaning that there are no error messages)
- updated to the latest Amd driver:11.1
- DirectX is up to date
but still no success.I uninstalled then reinstalled after the driver update, same desperating result.
I must say that I had previously the .544 installed and it worked perfectly (If I try to reinstall .544,I have the 713 build indicated in the"Configuration" (Right click) and no DXVA support ANYMORE !).I also have a copy of Powerdvd 7.3 and a copy of TMT3 .185 on my sytem and I have perfect DXVA1 support with these. My cpu can't cope with high avc bitrates so software mode is excluded...
Could it be a problem with XP/32 in this particular build ? Really I don't know what to do anymore.
PS:
- I noticed that the build of an other user (Risotto) was different and higher than mine.He has .753.Is it normal ?
- I know that you need to focus on 7 right now,but your sofware buries the competition in terms of A/V I must say and I really would like it to work on XP/32 and use it as my default blu-ray player.
Thank you.

Re: No DXVA with Windvd 10 pro .713
Am I the only one in this situation? Really, this sofware is useless to me if I don't have any DXVA support.

Re: No DXVA with Windvd 10 pro .713
Hello,Abiel
it seems that the version .713 that you provided when I bought the sofware already includes the updates present in the patch.I received a message saying that the patch didn't apply to my Windvd version.
Woud it be possible for you to escalate my pb so that they can check what has changed between version .544 and version .713 from the DXVA point of view,on Windows XP/32 with Catalyst 10.2,10.8 and 11.1.As I said ,build .544 worked flawlessly with 10.2.
Thanks again.
