No audio playing The American BD

Using WinDVD v 10.0.05.298.105733 I cannot get the audio of The American to play in any language. The music on the opening is there. The deleted scenes have audio. The only way to get movie audio is to turn on the director comments, which is annoying. Does anyone have any suggestions? I haven't had this problem on any other movies. Could it be the disc?

Thanks Abiel - I thought I had the latest version since I downloaded it on Jan 26. Last night, as one more thing to try, I checked the version on the website and discovered I did not have the latest. The newer one works.

Now the rhetorical question is - "Why did I get such an old version last week?" We'll never know.

If you are referring to the main WinDVD software that you downloaded last Jan 26, even if you download the main WinDVD program yesterday it will not contain the updates that are posted on the web site that I gave you. That is why it is recommended that after installing any program (not just from corel) check for any available updates before using it.
