I just downloaded trial of this and it seems easy and good app.
I have still images at the beginnin and after that the video starts
[image 3s] [image 1s] [video][video][video][video][video]
I want to make the [image 1s] longer than 1s but cannot drag it's end or modify the second field any bigger. It wont accept.
Also cannot move the video after it because it always remove the gap. So how to make middle image stay longer ?

Hi
From Timeline View
Select the clip in the timeline,
Select the “options” lower right to open options panel, tabs should show as Photo/Attributes
Change the duration in the digital clock.
Or
Select the clip and drag the right yellow trim bar to the right
Are you sure the second clip is an image and not video

What gap ??? - you can't have gaps in the video timeline - unless you are trying to do something very unconventional.jukka wrote:Also cannot move the video after it because it always remove the gap.

He could if he was using an overlay track.

Re: How to make image scene longer
You're assuming he is using one track.
I often don't use the main track if I'm using multiple tracks and I think I might be moving clips around a lot. For me it's just easier to work with without the clips always sliding to the left.

I read this as trying to delete/remove the first video clip in order to create a gap to extend the second image.jukka wrote:Also cannot move the video after it because it always remove the gap. So how to make middle image stay longer ?
As we know the main timeline shuffles left when we remove clips, so there is never a gap.
I think we have to wait for a reply from jukka

Re: How to make image scene longer
Thank you for your help and suggestions all.
This problem was stupid ( or me):
I had scene long as 1 second and it had 100% with transform effect from the previous one. That was the reason I could not drag it longer - the cursor always attached to effect - not to the image.
So I was not pulling image time - i was pulling the effect and it cannot be longer than the scene underneath it - duh

Hi
I think we may have all fallen for that one at some time.
You can set the default image duration from Preferences (F6)
This normally defaults to 1 second, set it longer will allow you to see the clip and effects.
