How can I play copied blu-ray movies from hard drive using Win DVD Pro? I can play blu-ray movies from my hard drive with free software without any issues.

You should be able to play movies 'mounted' to a virtual drive.
Download and install Virtual CloneDrive from SlySoft (freeware):

1) Download the movie to the HDD
2) Label the 'virtual' drive 'V' in Windows Disk Manager
3) Open Windows 'Explorer', right click the 'V' drive, then select the movie file and click 'mount'
4) WinDVD Pro will play the movie from the 'V' drive. If it doesn't open spontaneously, simply browse to the 'V' drive and select the movie file.
