The printable version FTP link is to a .PDF version of the user manual. (Though the .PDF has the advantage of the examples and screen shots being in color, whereas the user manual is all in b/w.)
I think the original poster was interested in the online help, which for X3 is no longer on the user's computer. If this could be downloaded to the local machine, then help would be available even if the computer was not connected to the Internet. It also seems to me that the online help has more detailed information on some subjects than does the user manual. Unfortunately, I don't have a good answer on downloading it, other than brute force (page by page), though there are some third party utilities that do this sort of thing.

The link that Tim posted is the soft (PDF) copy of the user guide, that is different from the PSP X3 Online HELP that you can access from this link: http://product.corel.com/help/photopro/ ... wwhelp.htm, which I sure is not a printer friendly version.
