Pict Pub PP5 files...

Being as Corel bought Picture Publisher, is there some reason Paintshop Pro can't open or import the Picture Publisher pp5, ppf and such file extensions?

There is no automatic assumption that just because Corel took over another company, that all its software will necessarily recognise proprietary formats used by older software. When it took over Ulead, it absorbed Ulead's PhotoImpact, and that is now being phased out (to the annoyance of many loyal users). Yet successive versions of PSP have not included the .UFO format from PI which is necessary for such things as making menu templates for programs such as Video Studio.
