Hello,
1. I am trying to burn my project to DVD, but i want to change the image of the meny. I go to the background, but when is the folder it isn´t open nothing, why?
2. Is true that I am only limited to 13 menus. I can´t believe it. I download some menus but I don´t know where they are, because I only have the ones that came with program and the others??? It took hard disk sapce but i don´t know where they are. Please help me??
3. I have lots os problems with moviefactory 2010. It is always crashing. I am since 16h30 on DVD factory 2010 to burn my DVD, but till now I only change music and customze menu and select the letter of the title. Well Know is 17h58 im my computer. I think it was to be sad with this. I am now far for burning my DVD, in any action i do it apperas a black and white screen and it says it is not responding, after several minutes it comes to life again, but i am fed up of this. Corel resolve this situation. An update patch for this when it comes and no no no I don´t want nor like moviefactory 7 SE. I want to burn project and not to save it to hard disk before, till that i use to customize the space and factory 7SE doen´t me do that, ok it does in theory, but in practice the movie have the exactely same size, neither less one mega and i need all the time to reduce quality in order to put the movie into one DVD.

Re: DVD factory 2010
Hello Ana
First I must congratulate you on your perseverance in using moviefactory 2010.
Even Corel have recognised their mistake in providing a replacement…….. DVD moviefactory 7 SE.
Sorry but I cannot help with your problems using MF2010, I just don’t use it.
In order to burn a DVD we have to create a Mpeg2 file “whether we create it” or “the program creates it”.
It will be created when using DVD MF 2010, just prior to burning the dvd.
When we create our own video file using X3, the burning process will be quicker as no further rendering takes place.
We need to create a video file under 4.3 Gb, this will then fit to standard disc, again without rendering. To do this we need to manage the bitrate related to length of movie.
Example….6000kbps will allow 90 minutes of video per disc.
…………4000kbps will allow 120 minutes of video per disc
Once the Mpeg2 file is created we can play it on our computer to check its quality.
Being happy we burn the DVD.
The total time to do this will be the same as any other process.
In fact quicker as you are experiencing program crashes.
Please reconsider creating the video file first, if you need help with rendering/conversion properties, then we can help.

Re: DVD factory 2010
Hello almd,
Unfortunately, DVD Movie Factory 2010 is a template driven software, so what you see on the STYLES are the template that you can use and here are the answer to your questions.
For your question 1 & 3 they may be related, so you can follow the steps in resetting the program to its default state by following the steps on this link: Answer ID 763996 - How to restore or reset Corel Digital Studio to its factory defaults?
