I downloaded PSP X3 a couple weeks ago, and then purchased a copy and used that serial number to activate it. I then used the Update feature to update it. Since doing that, however, the program keeps crashing -- it keeps giving me "runtime" errors.
In the Help menu, it says I have version 13.2.1.20. Do I have the latest version? I see that 4 service packs have been released. How do I tell whether I need a service pack from the version number? Corel needs to tell people what the correspondence is between the version numbers and the service packs.
What updates do I need?

Re: What updates do I need?
Version 13.2.1.20 is the latest update (Service Patch #4) as far as I know.
My System Information says :-
PaintShop Photo Pro Build Information:
Build Date 07 December 2010 @ 17:17:22
Build Mode Release (D000000)
I don't know where RonP got 13.6.2.69 from

No, I goofed, I thought we were talking about VS X3, it wasn't until I hit the submit button on my post, that I realized that this was the PSP forum, not VS..
Too early in the a.m. here, need to finish my first cup of coffee before posting..

Does Corel monitor this forum? I need to let them know that I am getting runtime errors from their latest patch.
Is there a way to roll back service patch 4? If not, I am going to have to uninstall and reinstall from the disk, and that will be a hassle.

Re: What updates do I need?
Corel as such does not monitor this forum, although it is visited from time to time by Corel support people. However, I am not sure of the lines of communication between them and head office. In any case, it is always a good idea to get in touch with their technical support area to report such problems, as well as seeking help here. That way at least you know all bases are covered.

Re: What updates do I need?
Hello CMurd,
The version number that you have is the latest version that includes the SP 4 and as for your question in uninstall updates, unfortunately the only way to remove an update is to uninstall then reinstall the program.
