Audio filters missing in Videostudio X3
I have a problem with the audio of one of my video projects. During the actual video shooting, the microphone had acoustic problems and it is heard on the recorded clips. I had split the audio from the video and want to use some audio filters on it to see if it helps, but the audio filters choice on the clip menu is greyed out. Does someone know how I can enable the audio filters

You do have the audio clip selected ? If so you should see the yellow handles on the ends, and there is a thin yellow border (top and bottom).

Yes, I do have the audio clip selected. The audio filters are also greyed out in the music & voice tab options.

Hi
Maybe it’s the video type that VS just does not like, what are the properties of your video file?
Are you able to apply Audio Filters to the VS Sample audio clips.
Or
Try creating a Sound File – Add to music track, are you able to apply audio filters?
If you can create a sound file, then try Audacity to edit your sound file.
