I am using Corel Paintshop Photo 2010 for slides shows (which saves things under Corel Digital Studio 2010).
When I went to access my slide show project just now I get a message "All Clips in this Project are missing". Thus I can no longer access my slide show.
It was fine yesterday. I have about 700 photos in this slide show. I have spent about 5 days moving the photo in the correct order and adding titles.
Today I was trying to understand the backup and recovery process of slideshow.
I originally had in Library: a file of 726 photos called "Scott 1961-2010" the photos were in random order.
In Folders: I could see the 726 photos relating to the above Library.
My Project was "Scott 1961 - 2010"; but as I was working with the slide show I would save it as I was working with it. Thus my last one saved was "Scott 1961-2010#11"
I then backed up to a CD, via Corel Paintshop Photo 2010 the photos that were now in my slide show (now 697 photos).
The I imported that back in to the slide show. This action appeared to remove the original 726 photo file and then I had only the new restored file with the 697 photos. Thus my 5 days of work is now lost.
Is there any solution to this problem?

Re: Slideshows - Msg "All Clips in Project are missing"
By default, Project Creator puts your projects into a subfolder named Corel PaintShop Photo Project Creator within your (My)Documents folder. I am unsure of the file format, but it appears to be some XML variation with links to the original image files. I don't know if the image data itself is included. Duplicate project names are handled by appending a number in parentheses to the base file name.
Maybe browsing this folder will yield something.
