I created two 1 hour movies using Media Studio pro. Then I used DVD Movie Factory 4 ( I purchased the full version ) to create my DVD. I had no problems creating the DVD. However, I needed to make several copies of my movie so I put the DVD I created into one DVD drive and then used the DVD Movie Factory Disc to Disc copy to copy the DVD. I made 20 of these last night, then tried the next day to make more, but what took only 14 minutes last night would not even complete in 60 minutes today. I tried putting the source DVD into another external DVD player, but the results were the same. How could it work one day and not the next?
I finally worked around the problem by copying the DVD to an image and then copying the image to the other DVD. I was surprised that it took 25 minutest to copy the DVD to an image. I keep my Windows XP up to date with all of Microsoft's updates and I keep my Norton Antivirus up to date. My first thought was a virus, but after reading this forum it sounds like others have similar problems. Hopefully someone will have a "real" solution soon.
Inconsisten DVD Burns

I have this same problem once. I could burn duplicate copies at 20 mins+ & the following day it took me 40 mins to burn the same thing. I tried uninstalling & installing MF4 but it still occurs sometimes. Then I came across a thread where it mentioned about InCD causing conflicts. So I uninstall MF4 again & I remove InCD from my system & reinstall MF4. So far this problem has not resurface. So I think that is a possible solution.
