Multiple slideshows ?

Post by Fishy »

Hi,
I will readily confess to being less than an expert in this area so I am hoping somebody is able to assist me with what may be a very simple question.
I use Movie Factory 6 to create simple slideshows with transitions and music. Is it possible to create two or three of these slideshows and burn them to the same dvd with thumbnails or text on the menu to go to each one ?
I apologise if this is a stupid question but I cannot see how to do it.
Many thanks for any forthcoming assistance.

Welcome to the forums,

Yes you certainly can.
1.Click the Add Slideshow, then add all the photos you want to the timeline.
2. Select the Transition style, and if you want Pan/Zoom, and which one you would like. You can even create a custom pan/zoom to use. This however is applied over all the photos.
3. Add the music, Click on the + button to browse your system for music to add. You can also opt to Match slideshow duration to the music duration.
4. You can also double-click on a photo and add text/caption to the photo, or decoration.
5. Once you're satisfied, click Ok. Now your back at the timeline/storyboard.
6. To add another slide-show, start at above #1. You can continue to add more slideshows in this manner.

Thanks for the reply Ron and the welcome to the board. That certainly sounds feasible and I'll be trying it out as soon as I have a minute.
Much appreciated.
