Do all four SP's have to be installed or just the lastest... The reason I ask is the file sizes, if they were inclusive installs the files sizes should be getting bigger not smaller.

PaintShop Photo Pro X3 Service Pack 4 11.1 MB
PaintShop Photo Pro X3 Service Pack 3 42.7 MB
PaintShop Photo Pro X3 Service Pack 2 46.5 MB
PaintShop Photo Pro X3 Service Pack 1 10.5 MB

The latest PSPP X3 Ultimate (TRIAL) - at http://www.corel.com/servlet/Satellite/ ... bview=tab7
allready have SP1 and SP2 integrated. You need *only* SP4 ...if you use an EN lang.

The others SP1-SP3 has all langs inside, therefore SP is so big. ...so I believe that Corel use cumulative Service Pack method.

----
Corel has released 4 versions in 2010 so it depends on what release (install EXE) you have.

I've only tested for a short while, but for me SP4 makes a world of improvement in stability. Might even say I'm proud of Corel for fixing it, thought all hope had been lost.

13.1.2.20

And the stability has been improved. The DNR problem, for me at least, is fixed but that is expected as it says that it fixed the stability when working on duplicate/multiple layers especially with noise removal, scratch removal, and skin smoothing.

It also says that it fixes the stability of the scratch remover tool.

Did you try the solution I gave you on the thread that you started?

I must've missed your post the first time around but have now had a look. Yes after a very quick and dirty test it seems to help, although I'd much rather Corel get around to fixing what is quite a fundamental problem and one that they've acknowledged as a bug in the program.

With all 4 Service Packs it is version 13.2.1.20

Does anyone else find the DCNR, skin softener tool, and USM seem to work faster? I ran the DCNR twice because I didn't see the tool rendering and when I watched the second time it rendered very quickly.

Interesting mine reads:

13.2.0.41

What's up with that? Anybody recognize this one?

When I try to apply patch 4 I get the following message:

"No update of your installed software is required at this time"

It's not nice to notice that not one of the improvements that I have suggested came with this update.
-HDR merge image selector cannot remember it's last folder. No drag and drop. No load via selecting images from organiser
-Organiser does not remember scroll position when using express lab or the selected images
- many more

but lets hope this takes couple of crashes away. It has already improved from earlier versions.

But either way i remember that corel would have had some kind of video editing tool. Does it still exists or can some other corel software also used for cutting & editing videos ?
