Hello,
I have PSP10. I moved it from my old computer to my laptop.
I did it by using the installation files I had on my old computer.
I was sure that I put the product key in the box when I installed in on my laptop.
Everytime that I opened PSP10 on my laptop, I would get the splash screen that said
I had so many days left on my trial. On that same splash screen it had "enter key"
with the 'e' underlined. But there was no way to enter the key. You couldn't click on
"enter key" or no place to enter the key when PSP10 was running. I have had
PSP10 on my old computer every since PSP10 came out, so I really don't remember
how I did it the first time. Anyway, the trial period has run out and now all I get
is the splash screen with no way to enter the key. I tried to contact Corel, but they
told me that my product was too old, so no support. I went to Corel support and got my
product key, but I don't know how to enter it. (there is also a "Buy now" on this screen,
and when you click on it, you get page not found. I thought I might enter the key this
way) Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Billy

Re: product key question
There are quite a few different installers for PSP X v.10. So some trials cannot be installed after some date. And some cannot be registrered after some time, even some ESD editions.
..but be aware this is not final answer.
If you like, then upgrade for X2 (much better&nicer program UI) or X3.

Re: product key question
I'd try reinstalling before buying another version.
