ERROR: "The server is bus for another application"

Greetings,

I keep getting his error message when trying to burn an AVI file to a DVD. I am not running any other programs while doing this. Can anyone shed some light on this.

may be you can try to clear the startup items in msconfig

start-run type msconfig

under gen tab select selective startup
uncheck process system.ini,process win.ini and load startup items.
go to services tab and put check mark on hide all micorsoft services and click disable all and click apply and close. restart system.
