VCD Pal Format - small Screen

I rendered a AVI raw file for the following :
PAL VCD,
352 x 288 (this is the problem) It does not allow to make big screen
aspect ratio : 4:3
24 Bits, 25FPS
Edit format : MPEG

After completion when I play in Window Media Player or RealPlayer the movie size is very small no matter if I make a big screen.
Does somebody can redress this problem or any alternative. By the way if u suggest me to make DVD then I do not have DVD player and I want it to be in VCD Format.

So, you want it to be VCD format but you're viewing it with RealPlayer?

How does it appear when you burn a VCD?

There is not way to make the resolution of a VCD higher than 352x288. If you want higher resolution, you will have to go to DVD.

In Windows Media Player, under Tools -> Options, go to the Performance tab, then click Advanced, and move the Digital Video slider all the way to the right.
