Video Studio X3 (13.2.6.69) Crashes
I have a new install Win7 x64, 2xGTS450 (CUDA) boards. After I get 25% to 50% into creating a H264 1920x1080 mpeg file, X3 crashes. I have tried several different videos. Anybody else had this problem?

I know it has been posted here, that with i7's you need to go into the bios and disable the hyperthreading. You might try that to see what happens.

I turned off hyper-threading. The mpeg file got to 62% complete before X3 crashed. Has anybody had problems with the particular hardware I'm using?

Just about all of us here are volunteer users, and I rather doubt that even a professional Corel employee would be able to recall whether anyone else with similar problems had your specific set-up. Your i7 processor is the only hardware element which I, like Ron, recall as giving rise to conversion problems in AVCHD if hyperthreading is not disabled. Hopefully, though, if someone coincidentally has your specific hardware set-up and similar problems, they will post a response.
FWIW, I have no such problem in creating an AVCHD file using either the computer (Quad) in my profile or a more recent i3 model...
