Welcome to the forums, :)

Where did you purchase it? Did you install it to the default drive, ie; C:\ Program Files ? Did you run the installer as Administrator? If not try doing so by right-clicking on it and selecting that from the menu. Also try disabling UAC (User Account Control) while you install it. The fastest way to do that is Start>Run, the type in msconfig. In the configuration utility go to the Tools tab, scroll down and select Disable UAC, then press Launch. You may need to reboot your system, or at least log-off then back on.

After trying the above and it still doesn't work, I'd be running a virus scan.

Did you install it to the default drive, ie; C:\ Program Files ?
Yes

Did you run the installer as Administrator? If not try doing so by right-clicking on it and selecting that from the menu.

Yes

Also try disabling UAC (User Account Control) while you install it. The fastest way to do that is Start>Run, the type in msconfig. After trying the above and it still doesn't work, I'd be running a virus scan.
