I have a video that had several clips all in a timeline that ended up being 1:52:23 long. I then removed several of the clips at the end of the video which I thought would shorten the project length. The indicator above the timeline on the right still shows the same amount of time. I also now have an orange line above the timeline right under the time indicatiors. What is that about? It is the same length as the start and stop on the scrubber.
All that I am trying to do is shorten the video before rendering it. The first time I did this it rendered the video and the sound was all there but the video was blank. My original full video rendered just fine. That was the one that was a full 1:52:23 in length. I was just under the assumption that after I removed some of the clips the duration would have change to a smaller size. I do not want to be rendering black screen for an hour. The new project is suppose to be 0:55:22
Any ideas on how to affect this would be great. I have used video editing before and understand how the cutting works and such.
Thanks

You have mistakenly set the Preview Range. Please see the following: http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=38655
