Picture is shown too large

Hi,

I use PaintShop Pro already since Version7 and have arrived, in the meantime, with version X3. Now here I have a behaviour which I knew up to now with no version - also not version X: if I open a picture, it will at first gigantically largely shown - maybe only one tiny part of the sky. Now I must click every time on " picture in window ", so that I can see it entire. I would like to have it with pleasure again in such a way, as before, last with version X: After opening a picture ist is shown completely within the window.

Unfortunately, I find no option with the settings, so that is put permanently and I must not click with every photo on this button.

This is a known problem that only happens for some people. I think it has been fixed in patch #3 (version 13.2.1.15).

Check that the following Preferences General View setting is set:- "Auto size - Automatically set the zoom factor when loading large images".

It's not fixed for me with Patch #3, unfortunately. But do check that option Tadjio mentioned, it has been the case for a few.

This is really quite bad. It makes the work disagreeable.
How can I get the patch #3?

Go to the Help menu and select "Check for Updates" and it should find the latest patch if it's not already installed.
