Contacting Corel

Post by rkstudio »

Is there any way to contact Corel directly by email or phone? I know this is a stretch because most large companies are almost unreachable these days. I'm not getting an answer to my question in these forums so I would like to know if I can contact them directly.
Thanks

Do you realise that these forums are managed by volunteers? We all work for a living in other areas?

Your first question was asked at 11.34am
You queried the fact you couldn't then see your question 23 minutes later
After just another 25 minutes you posted again, wondering why nobody knows the answer
then in another 8 minutes you want to contact Corel as nobody here has helped you!!!!!!!!!

All in all a total of 1 hour elapsed!!!!!!!!!

An answer has now been given, taking just 2 hours

I realise that to you, you want an answer, your problem is the only problem in the world, we have all been there, but learn some patience, learn how forums work, and maybe do a bit of research yourself, by law contacts have to be displayed on websites, so having a look yourself wouldn't have hurt.

Good luck with Corel support
