where's the download?

I bought a copy of this last night and
just kind of assumed that i would be able to download
and start using it.

Is it true I have to wait until snail mail delivers this? I can't
believe in 2005 I can't download something i bought
on the internet.

If I knew this I would've gone with pinnacle instead,
at least they aren't living in the past.

How can i get a refund?

So did you buy discs or did you buy download, if you wanted immediate delivery you should have selected the download and paid and you could have downloaded it immediately - if you ordered the discs then you'll have to wait - it was your choice.
