Well X3 Ultimate is just PSP with patch 2 with the fun bundle package thrown in.
Umm....so that depends on where you are (as apparently not every Ultimate package is the same across countries) and whether or not you'll use them.
For example, as nice as the KPT filters are....I don't really use them very often. The full version of Painter essentials is nice for making your own art but only if you're interested in it. Of course I prefer MyPaint which is free. I don't use the WinZip utility that came with mine because I still prefer 7-zip.
Magic Bullet's PhotoLooks seems good but in my attempt to use it....it wasn't for me. Though the possibilities are nice.
So....it's completely personal. If you can download trials of the packs I recommend you do and decide from there. Otherwise it's not really worth the money unless you use the software as it doesn't really include anything for PSP other than the plugins.

I’m my opinion it’s not worth the purchase at all.
Even though one can install all the bonus programs and filters the package includes – which is not always the case- and one might really be interested in them (which is not my case) the program works poorly, get frozen often and has bugs which cannot be fixed so far.
Definitely a disappointment for me.
I have used Paint Shop pro since 2004 by the way and tried practically all versions.
