Re: ACTIVATION PROBLEM
It's just what the error message is telling you. The program has reached the maximum number of activations allowed, which is 3 times. What you will have to do is telephone Corel, tell them what your problem is, and so long as everything is legitimate. they will reset your activations. I've had to do this when I reformatted my system.

Re: ACTIVATION PROBLEM
Also may be worth noting, you can use the email support to submit a ticket and they will reset for you. I recently had to do this for Video Studio and it is much less painful than trying to get somebody on the phone. I think Corel screens their calls

Hello ilanm64,
If you are getting this error message, the only way to fix this is to call the Customer Support using the number posted on this page. Make sure you keep a copy of the serial number and activate code when you call them.

Be prepared for a long wait. I tried a few times calling support, after around 45 min to an hour I gave up and emailed.Abiel Corel NA wrote:Hello ilanm64,

Re: ACTIVATION PROBLEM
Actually I have never once spoke to anybody over the phone at Corel. Never been able to get through, and I'm talking an hour or more of the phone setting on speaker and doing other things around the house while I wait. Email has been my only way of contacting support, but I may try chat support for my next issue. God knows there are going to be more issues down the road.Abiel Corel NA wrote:Hello nitroman84,

Re: ACTIVATION PROBLEM
Hello. I have the same issue. I had to re-install X3 a few times since my system has been replaced due to hardware issues a few times since I bought this product. Now that I have a capable system, I get this max activation issue. I have my serial number and the original email from Corel support when I purchased this product. Please assist. Can I email support instead of being on hold for a long time as previously posted? I can't find the email address. Thanks.

Re: ACTIVATION PROBLEM
You can try to send them an email. You get to it through their maze of a website, by first logging in to your account. On the bottom right, look for the link that says Contact Tech Support, click on it. The next page will say COrel Product Support or Corel warranty Support. Now look for the Didn't find an answer, and in that paragraph the link for Send us an email is located. However sometimes it doesn't work, it will just loop you back to the same page, instead of taking you to the email form.
