Hi there,
I have searched all over these forums to the best of my ability, and can't find an solution to this problem:
I have installed the Corporate and Education version of VideoStudio Pro X3 on 20 computers in a lab at a small high school where this product represents a significant portion of our software budget. In the documentation, I see options like "Easy Edit" and "Burn" on the startup screen, however my startup screen only has the options of "Advanced Edit" and "DV-to-DVD Wizard". At every turn, where an option to burn a DVD should be present, buttons are missing. I have uninstalled/reinstalled a hundred times looking over every option, and I can't find anything that is unchecked. Do you know why VS Pro X3 has no Burning capabilities for me?
Missing options in VideoStudio Pro X3

Re: Missing options in VideoStudio Pro X3
Merry Christmas, and Welcome to the forums,
Are the buttons actually missing or just subdued? If they are missing, there must be a problem with the program installation. The GUI problems, such as missing buttons were noticed early on when installing to a Win7 system. This should have been corrected by now. Corel does provide patches for VS, one of them being specifically for Win7 compatibility. Are these machines running Win7?
I would also recommend you contact Corel about this. I know if I were running a business and purchased a product, and it was not installing properly, I would be on the phone. I'm not sure if there's anything different with the Education or Corporate versions, if there is any outside the multiple licenses.
