Hi all,
Is CD labelling possible only with Movie Factory 7 or can I label CD's with Paint Shop Pro X3 or Video Studio X3 or and other corel program?
Thanks in advance.

Merry Christmas..
I'm not sure about how you go about printing disc labels with PSPP, but I would think that it is somehow possible. I just used DVD MF7 Pro yesterday to print a DVD disc (LightScribe), it works great. Now as far as VS X3, not really, because it has no DVD authoring component, it uses DVD Factory 2010 or DVD MF 7SE.

Re: CD label?
Using Paint Shop Pro, in the Print Layout selection, try using one of the CD/DVD templates such as Avery 5693 or 5694.
Regardless of which application you use (PSP or otherwise), I find it helpful to first do a "dry run" using a sheet of plain paper. Then hold up the printed sheet against your CD label stock to be sure they line up. It is easier (and cheaper) to make corrections on plain paper, rather than ruining CD label stock. Good luck.

Hello OGUL,
If you are using DMF 7 Pro, then you can use the CREATE DISC LABEL option from the DVD MOVIE FACTORY Launcher.

Re: CD label?
Thank you all for replies.
I recently bought Video Studio Pro X3. DVD MovieFactory 7 SE.
Now when I click
Share
Create Disk
VSP X3 gives me two choices.
DVD Factory Pro 2010 and DVD MovieFactory 7 SE.
While opening DVD Factory Pro 2010, I see "create" for a short moment which is necessary for me for CD labelling but it losts and goes directly to
" create video disc ".
Any advice, any solution for me for CD labelling?
Thanks in advance.

Re: CD label?
OGUL,
There are actually two ways to do this, if you not using the DVD Movie Factory 7Pro.
1. You can use the DVD Movie Factory 2010 by clicking on BURN on the VideoStudio X3 Startup screen, then hover on PRINT then DISC LABEL.
2. You can also use VideoStudio Express 2010 by clicking EASY EDIT from the VideoStudio X3 Startup screen then over on the PRINT menu then select DISC LABEL. Then just follow create the labels that you want for your disc before you print it.

Re: CD label?
Wow, you are great! I owe you 50 Euros:))
For just this feature I was going to buy Pro version!
I found it at file / tools.
In tools section there is "Painting Creator".
For example when I try to write a word, the result looks a little bit childish as if it was written by 6 years old child!
Is there any way to copy / paste words or add some kind of "grid" in order to make the words looks more professional??
or any other solution that I could not visualize??
Thanks a lot!

Re: CD label?
Hi all,
Today I've tried to make a disc label with DVD Movie Factory 2010 everything was OK but at the end it didn't print what I see on the screen!
Only a small portion is printed. How to solve it?
Some info that may be required:
Vaio Windows 7 64-Bit
Canon ip4700 printer
- CD labels that I make with Canon Easy Photo Print EX are OK. It prints one to one exactly. I get on the CD what I prepared already.
- CD labels that I make with DVD Movie Factory 2010 is not properly printed!
- CD labels that I make with Nero 10 "Nero Cover Designer" is not properly printed!
One more question : how to save it, the project that I prepared??
Thanks in advance.
